The developer sold apartments in three comfort-class residential complexes through the website, landing pages, and Instagram. We implemented an AI agent on the website, Telegram, and WhatsApp, integrated with the developer's custom CRM. The agent selects apartments based on client criteria from the inventory of all three residential complexes, sends floor plans and photos, advises on construction progress, infrastructure, partner bank mortgage programs, and government housing programs, calculates approximate monthly payments. Showing bookings are automatically created with assignment to a specific residential complex manager.
Now managers come to showings already with qualified clients who know the floor plan and have a clear budget — this allowed for noticeable acceleration of the deal cycle. An additional effect — the developer gets sales from evening and night inquiries that previously got lost.
